My trademark approach resets your system on an energetic level, reconnecting you to the original energy, the Yuan Shen. Sessions address questions and challenges faced at any age, and are particularly effective for overcoming trauma, negative thoughts, and emotional imbalances. They also help refine lifestyle choices and directions to align with your true nature and reconnect with a deep spirituality and tapping into your Sacred Self.
Consultations conducted in two distinct parts:
A discussion to highlight the challenges in your life and how to address them
An energy practice to align you with your true nature and life path
Generally, a minimum of three consultations are needed to dissolve bodily and spiritual knots. I can also provide ongoing support and guidance for longer periods if desired. I always ask for your birth date when booking a session in order to guide my healing process.

Isis Bouhraoua, PhD
I am French-American-Algerian woman living in Paris, France.
After earning a master's degree in civilization and foreign languages in 2000, I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine on a long journey of personal therapeutic wandering due to health issues. Its holistic and interconnected approach to the body, energy and soul made sense to me and I then found my purpose!
When I turned 23 years old, I changed my path and entered the world of holistic therapy.
With a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and extensive training in Daoist medicine and astrology, shamanism, and life coaching, I am constantly evolving in my practice helping my fellow beings reach their own clarity and truth through spiritual reconnection.
I developed the Clear at Heart method to adapt ancestral knowledge to today's needs by combining coaching, energy work, esotericism, and astrology in my consultations.
