Soul Vision Cuddle Community: Half-day Retreat

  • Soul Vision Healing Center 4645 East Anaheim Street Long Beach, CA, 90804 United States (map)

Discover Connection, Relaxation, and a Warm Sense of Belonging

Join us for a transformative half-day retreat designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul through the healing power of platonic touch and connection. In a welcoming, judgement-free environment, we’ll explore the joy of giving and receiving nurturing touch.

What to Expect
This guided experience includes:

  • A Warm Welcome Circle to set intentions and create a sense of trust.

  • Relaxation Activities to ease into the space and embrace your awkward.

  • Communication Exercises to build confidence and clarity around expressing your needs.

  • Cuddle Etiquette Guidance to ensure every interaction is consensual, comfortable, and respectful.  Gentle exercises help you tune into your body’s wisdom and prepare you for connection at your own pace. This includes exercises inspired by the work of Jean Franzblau, Dr. Betty Martin, UCLA Mindful, and other experts and community leaders.

  • Celebration of boundaries - whether it’s a “YES” or a “NO,” we honor and validate your choices. We even teach you how to respond with, “Thank you for taking care of yourself.”

  • Empowerment through experience - put all this into practice and enjoy mindful, heart-centered touch. There is no obligation or expectations, and you are free to participate as little or as much as you’d like.

Who Is This For?
Everyone is welcome—individuals, couples, and groups of all genders and orientations (ages 18 and up). Whether you come by yourself or with others, you’ll find a compassionate, inclusive space to connect and grow.
