Brave Boundaries &
Healing Hugs
Are you ready to explore the power of boundaries and the healing potential of mindful touch?
Join us for Brave Boundaries & Healing Hugs at Soul Vision Healing Center, where you'll be guided through interactive exercises that help you confidently ask for what you want and honor your boundaries. This workshop offers a safe, supportive environment to practice communication, connection, and self-awareness at your own pace.
We’ll start with group guidelines, fun icebreakers, and gentle mindfulness exercises to ground ourselves. Through guided activities, you'll practice asking for what you want—whether it’s a hug, a conversation, or simply space—and learn how to give and receive “no” with grace and empowerment. All touch-based activities are optional, and the focus is always on your comfort level and consent.
