Meet Our New Practitioner CJ Du Trieux

Hi, I’m CJ Du Trieux (she/her), and I’m thrilled to connect with you! As a health educator and mind-body workshop leader, my passion lies in empowering others to prioritize their well-being and cultivate balance in their lives.

Background & Qualifications:

I earned my Master of Public Health from USC’s Keck School of I earned my Master of Public Health from USC’s Keck School of Medicine and have spent over a decade working at the Environmental Health Centers within USC's Department of Preventive Medicine. I’ve also had the privilege of leading trainings at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, and both are experiences that deepened my commitment to community-focused care.

I specialize in making health research understandable and applicable to our daily lives, while also advocating for increased awareness of newer research on mind-body medicine and alternative treatments.

My own journey with chronic health conditions has shown me the incredible power of safe, supportive spaces for growth and healing. Brave Boundaries & Healing Hugs is designed to create just that—a nurturing environment where you can shift old patterns, have the opportunity to reflect what you really want, and build the confidence to set boundaries that honor your true self.

I believe our definition of health should include happiness, community support, and a healthy and equitable physical and social environment.
